In this series of four circle workshops plus an online zoom(following a full lunar cycle) we explore the opportunities at each stage of the moon’s phases in it’s 28-29 day journey around the Earth. This lunar cycle mirrors women’s menstrual cycles and have much to teach us about working with the cyclical nature of our bodies and nature around us. Working with these is akin to working with the changes of the tides, and we will explore the flow, the upward and outward cycle, and the ebb cycle, the downward and inward cycle, as well as all the wisdom these phases have to offer.
Imbolc is soft, inward, and hopeful. It reminds us that transformation rarely arrives with thunder — it comes like a whisper beneath cold ground. The days grow subtly longer, the land softens, and life slowly prepares to return. This teaches patience — a trust in cycles that unfold slowly, beneath the surface, long before they can be seen.
